Multi-Goal Planner

Fund several savings goals — like a house, wedding, and car — from one shared monthly budget.

ⓘ How this works

Most people are saving for more than one thing at once. This calculator splits one shared monthly investment budget across any number of goals you add. If the budget covers everything, each goal gets exactly what it needs; if it falls short, the earliest deadlines are funded first and the shortfall lands on your latest goals — the order you list goals in never changes the result. The result shows exactly which goals are on track and how much more you would need to save each month to fund all of them on time. Turn on "Cascade goals" to roll each reached goal's monthly amount into the goal that needs it most — this often funds the later goals from a budget that looks short, and lets goals finish earlier. You can rename, add, or remove goals freely.

Tip
Turn on Cascade goals in the inputs to roll each reached goal's monthly amount into the next — later goals can finish earlier, and any goal falling short gets topped up first.
Goal amounts are taken as nominal rupees at the target date — enter what the goal will cost THEN. Allocations assume you keep investing every month without interruption.

Risk note · Market-linked investments (mutual funds, stocks, SIPs) carry risk. The return you enter is an assumption — actual returns vary year to year, can be negative, and past performance does not predict future results. A smooth projected curve never happens in real markets; the final figure can land well above or below it.
